Norlys is an expert in Financial Management at the Masters level graduated from the UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA – OBS BUSINESS SCHOOL with twenty years of experience in the accounting and financial area in different sectors of the economy; services, manufacturing, customs, and public services company specialized in the water sector. Expert in financial analysis, business analysis, projections, international financial consolidation, business group control through management of investee companies, human talent management, leadership skills. Norlys is the primary consultant for the economic planning and execution and management of the group’s financial information in USA and Latin America, responsible for the administration of the company’s resources through the definition and implementation of organizational strategies and policies that promote the growth and development of the business in accordance with the achievement of the strategic objectives.
Maria T. Puentes NCC., LMHC., BCBA., MCAP., CST., MhT., CCTP., QS. Program Director
Maria is responsible for the management and supervision of the Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Behavior Analysis programs and ensures clients have access to the best quality in treatment. Maria evaluates and measures the clinical skills and approaches of the clinical team through the application of supervisory modules and competency assessments. Maria oversees the casework and professional challenges of the team by reviewing and evaluating the Behavior Intervention Plans, clinical records, and record-keeping to evaluate the necessary level of client care, promotion, and development. Maria is also involved in organizational and administrative responsibilities for addressing any possible legal and ethical issues within the field of human service.
Patrick N. Argiro, Ph.D. Outreach and Onboarding Coordinator
Dr. Argiro serves as Outreach and Onboarding Coordinator for the Behavior Analysis program. He manages credentialing verification for incoming staff: providing candidates with a list of approved external training providers, collecting and verifying RBT certification, background screening results, licenses, and required human resources documentation, and confirming that every credential is complete and current before a candidate is onboarded with the group. He maintains the agency’s credentialing files and tracks renewal dates.Dr. Argiro also connects the organization with the surrounding community, developing partnerships and coordinating community education events, and supports administrative compliance by confirming that documentation is complete and consistent with state and federal requirements.
Jorge Benitez, LMHCCommunity Relations Executive
Jorge brings more than 20 years of experience in social services and community-based care. In his role, he serves as the agency’s primary point of contact for families and community partners, providing information about available services, answering questions about the intake process, and helping families understand what to expect from behavior analysis and mental health care.Jorge develops the agency’s community education and outreach work, building relationships with schools, pediatric practices, family support organizations, and other community institutions so that families who need services know where to find them. He also supports service quality by receiving and addressing client concerns and directing them to the appropriate member of the clinical team.
