Individual therapy is the most commonly used treatment modality to provide mental health services. The client is treated on a one-on-one/face-to-face format by a clinician. We offer therapy to adults, teenagers, and children in the privacy of our offices, online and/or in the client’s home. This one-on-one/face-to-face treatment procedure allows the psychotherapist to focus exclusively on the client with conscious alertness and mindful attention to nurture the client’s feeling of safety, as frequently as possible.
